Painting with Nature’s Colours. Pick wild flowers and leaves from the hills, and transfer their natural shapes and colours onto fabric through the ancient Chinese dyeing and printing techniques.

Fish light painting
Using bamboo as the frame and paper as the skin, fish-shaped lanterns are a traditional local handicraft. The fish lantern is a centuries-old folk custom in Huizhou, and we’ve brought this art to our homestay for everyone to experience Huizhou’s cultural heritage.
