An epic day on your bike and feet up to GeChuanJian!
Wake to an early big breakfast. Get on your ebike or gravel bike and cycle through Sanyang up through Jinchuan to Gaoshan village. Plugin your ebike if you have one, have a coffee and put on your hiking gear. Walk up to the summit of GeChuanJian, if you’re super fit, or walk to the mountain village a few km away. Have a break at the secret pools, jump in if you’re an experienced swimmer and then meet our guide for a picnic lunch with a great view. Carry on your hike to digest your lunch and head back on the bikes downhill, taking in the other Gaoshan village if you feel like some extra kms. It’s a fast, gentle downhill, so just take it at your own pace.
We have some alternatives to this as well. Have a sturdy hike 6km up directly from the homestay to XuJiaWu. Meet the car and bikes there for a picnic lunch. Zoom down the hill back to the homestay. Somewhat shorter than the above. Actually we have a lot of bike & hike options for a full day of hard adventure!
