Make Dumplings

You will lean to make the dumpling that originated in ancient Huizhou. It is named for its use of square dumpling wrappers folded into a bundle-like shape, resembling the travelling packs traditionally carried by Huizhou merchants.‌

We use locally grown soybeans and mountain spring water, following traditional local methods to make tofu. In about an hour, you’ll enjoy the most delicious and natural food — made entirely by yourself.

Spring is the season when we go up the mountain to pick wild fruits. Besides using them to make fruit wine, we also make fruit sugar stick.

Our region is famous of tea. From leaf to treat — make your own green tea dessert with freshly picked tea by yourself, will be a truly unique experience.
